    To get started with DropUs, users are required to create a profile by providing essential details such as their contact number, email address, and preferred payment method. Once the profile is set up, users can easily select their desired pick-up and drop-off locations for their ride. A driver will be assigned to pick up the user, ensuring a comfortable and convenient ridesharing experience.

  • Will I get the driver details allotted to me during my trip?

    Yes. For every trip that you book with us on DropUs, once a driver accepts your ride, you will receive details like the name, contact number, and an average rating of the driver based on rider reviews from the previous trips.

  • What are the payment modes supported on your platform?

    At DropUs, we are all about providing an extensive level of flexibility and customer convenience to all. This is why we have a number of different payment modes from which a rider can choose as per their convenience
